A PDF file is a document that usually contains text, hyperlinks, and sometimes images. PDFs are great because they look the same on any screen. For example, if someone created a PDF document on a MacBook, it would look the same on a Windows laptop, a smartphone, or even a TV.
The downside of this versatility is that PDF files cannot be edited without special software. Adobe makes software called Acrobat, which is how you create and edit PDFs. This software is very expensive, so many people don’t own it. If you want to do something as simple as rotating a PDF, you might be stuck.

The first step is to upload one or more PDFs. You can do this by hitting the “UPLOAD FILES” button or just dragging and dropping them onto the “Drop Your Files Here” field.
Once uploaded, our tool will start processing the first PDF. When ready, it will show the pages of that PDF underneath the thumbnail in the queue. Each page will have a rotation button that allows you to specify the orientation of that page. Just hit each page’s button however many times it takes before it looks the way you need it to look. Conversely, you can hit the “ROTATE ALL” button to turn all the pages in that document.
When that PDF looks good, hit the “APPLY” button. If you uploaded more than one PDF, you can tap the thumbnail for the next file and repeat the process. Do this as many times as you need for all the uploaded files.
When all the files have been set to your liking, you can hit the “DOWNLOAD ALL” button. This will download every rotated PDF in one ZIP archive. If you wish, you can instead download each file individually by hitting the “DOWNLOAD” button on each thumbnail.
If you need to rotate more PDFs, that’s perfectly OK. Just hit the “CLEAR QUEUE” button and start again. You can repeat these steps in batches of 20 as much as you like.
It is perfectly safe to use this PDF rotation service. If you are concerned about the security of your documents, there is nothing to fear. Our server is completely unmanned, so no one will see your documents. Likewise, our server deletes all uploaded data every hour. That means your uploaded PDFs and the rotated PDFs our server creates will vanish after 60 minutes.
Additionally, you don’t need to worry about preserving your master PDFs. When rotating a file, our tool uses an uploaded copy of the file on your system. We never touch the original file, so you can always fall back on that if you make a mistake with this rotation tool.
